Make your own DIY hot cocoa ornament

Are you looking for the perfect white elephant gift? Want to surprise your friends with unique present? If the answer is yes, look no further! I present to you a peppermint cocoa Christmas ornament.

All you will need:

  • Clear round ornament
  • Hot cocoa powder
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Candy canes, crushed
  • Ribbon
  • Small funnel

Instructions:

  1. Carefully remove the tops of the clear ornaments and set aside.
  2. Place the spout of the funnel into the opening of the ornament.
  3. Pour five to six tablespoons of cocoa mix into funnel and shake gently.
  4. Add one tablespoon of crushed candy canes in the same way
  5. Remove the funnel and push four to six mini marshmallows through the opening of the ornament.
  6. Carefully put the top back on the ornament.

The end product is a not only a beautiful decoration, but an edible one. This is a fun and easy project that’s sure to make your friends smile.
